This course will teach you how to use AMI under the Technician Role within the software. We will cover what features are allowed for your role and what features are read-only based on the default permissions settings and will cover your day-to-day use of the system. If your permission structure is different than what is defaulted, please check other courses to learn more. If your duties include more than what is outlined in the course, please refer to our online reference manual.
